Since its inception in 1975 on Meredith Street and subsequent expansion to the vibrant landscape of Salt Lake in 1980, our Kendra has been a cornerstone of educational excellence and cultural enrichment.

Founded under the able guidance of Mr. Amalendu Bose, a stalwart administrator, our institution has consistently progressed, gaining recognition and acclaim. Through the dedicated leadership of luminaries like Shri K V Gopalakrishnan and Shri G V Subramanian, Bhavan’s Kolkata Kendra has evolved into a dynamic hub of learning, encompassing not only traditional academic pursuits but also cultural and social activities.

Our Salt Lake campus stands as a testament to our commitment to providing a conducive environment for holistic development. Boasting an expansive playground, state-of-the-art sports facilities, and a modern auditorium, we strive to nurture both the intellect and spirit of our students.
